This is probably a bad idea, but when has that actually stopped Castiel in the past?
While since becoming an angel again he has made a concerted effort to change his clothing on a daily basis (as opposed to simply wearing the same worn suit and trench), it has come to attention that he owns far too little clothing of his own. Well, it has come to his students' attention which they then shared with him and wondered why he only seemed to own one pair of pants and two shirts which were starting to look threadbare. The Christmas sweaters are his but he's not sure they count.
After inspecting his side of the closet, it also dawned on him that most of his casual clothes were things he has stolen from Dean. It must be remedied and he knows enough to know he has no idea how to shop for clothes. There is only one person to turn to and he hopes he is willing to take on such a hopeless case.
"Robin," Castiel calls, politely knocking on his door (he has learned a few things about the need for privacy). "Are you in there? Will you take me shopping?"
