"I promised I would come to you the next time I had an episode," he says, raising his eyes to meet Ishiah's. "I have a long history of hiding things I fear others will judge me for or will hurt them and it is not something I am proud of. Dean continues to be affected by it. I'd like to try and handle this differently."
