Dean makes an undignified sound that tapers into a groan at the sudden intrusion, pressing back against the touch. Rough and just painful enough, it's the perfect counter to the litany of images Cas presses into his mind. Dean's come a long way from needing to be beaten just to sleep, but he still needs this, pleasure that refuses to come easy.
