Castiel squeezes his eyes shut as he feels himself losing control of his grace, his body, certainly his voice and wraps an arm around Dean's chest, pulling him back as he thrusts over and over, shouting far too loudly for their open, echoing space. He has to be hurting Dean, really hurting him but he can't stop moving, crushing Dean beneath him as he presses his face against his sweaty back. "I love you," he gasps, hips still grinding and twitching, desperate to make it last. "I love you, Dean."
