He closes his eyes, squirming over to rest his chin on Dean's chest. Perhaps it is not for them, but the idea of it is now there. The idea of making it as permanent and official as a human can manage makes sense to him for the first time, now that it was offered to him. Perhaps it means nothing in the eyes of God or Angels, but it certainly means something very special here where he has chosen to make his home.
